After several years of local and web-based ace activism, Brian Langevin co-founded Asexual Outreach in 2014 – an organisation that has become a major international ace advocacy non-profit. Alongside their studies in Equity and Sexual Diversity at the University of Toronto, Brian travels to high schools, universities, LGBTQ+ organisations, and conferences presenting workshops and keynotes about the asexual spectrum and ace inclusion, and helping high schools and LGBTQ+ organisations support and provide programming for aces. As the executive director, Brian has lead Asexual Outreach in hosting annual North American Asexuality Conferences, developing high school resource kits (including a comprehensive book on ace inclusion in high schools), and connecting local ace communities from across Canada and the United States.
Brian is always open to working with schools, organisations, and community groups to help them betters support, include, and provide programming for aces. You can get in touch with them, and can find out more about Asexual Outreach and the asexual spectrum at asexualoutreach.org
