When we experience (sexual) violence, trauma or any kind of oppression on our bodies we often become disconnected to them. The Sex for Survivors panel offers a safe(r) place to talk about the impacts of (sexual) violence and oppression on our bodies and offer ways in which to love, nurture and self-care for our selves through a sex positive lense. In order to maximize pleasure, whether solo or with others, this session will work from where participants are at in order to create self-loving moments around sex and sexual acts after trauma or oppression have occurred. Topics include: how to create safe(r) spaces with lovers, emotions and triggers, boundaries and setting them, fantasies and role-playing, asexuality, sex-work, and healthy sex scenarios.
